Order was wrong, ordered a chicken and bacon sub with red onion and sweet corn, got the sweet corn but not the red onion got red peppers instead, also ordered an extra cookie and never got it, second time this has happened when ordering and extra cookie and its starting to really annoy me was fine the first time but the second time not so much

We called in at lunch time on a Sunday, we asked did they serve gluten free rolls. They did, the guy working was very helpful. He sanitised the prep area, regloved, was super polite and seemed to be very mindful about cross contamination which is very much appreciated. My son enjoyed his roll and is looking forward to returning.

If I could give no stars I would.I called as 5:00 on a Friday ,delighted to have found a subway as I was working in the area.I went to counter and was told they were putting food away as they close at 6:00.
Avoid this subway.
Rude and Lazy.

Been a loyal customer for su way for over 7 years, eating the same sandwich which is a hearty italian bmt with bacon, the amount of pepperoni and salami were supposed to be 6 each yat only got 4 each, since when is it 1 euro for some grated cheese??? Also was overcharged, my 2x subway sandwiches were supposed to come to 18.40e yat I paid 20.20e, corporate will be notified about this and its a scam on all customers for my point of view.

Jessica served me when I visited Subway mail coach road yesterday. I was immediately made to feel welcome by her genuine friendliness and politeness. She provided prompt, courteous, and positive customer service. She was very understanding of my preferences and didn't seem put out by any requests I had made. A stark contrast to the attitude I had gotten from another employee a previous visit.
